An incredible space to nourish your body and soul in every way. The space is gorgeous. Transports you into Mexico or Bali, far away from all the hustle and daily rat race. I enjoyed every single class I went to, all the teaches are super experienced, fun and it’s just joy to move with them and immerse yourself in the practice. Food in the cafe is sooooo delicious and nourishing. I just finished the tomato on toast…best I ever had! Matcha here is made with love and care - none of that pre made nonsense that you get at Blank street 😁. For people who moan here about sauna temp, you need to put loads of water on stones and fan the hot air around with towel! It’s easy to get temp to 85-95 degrees if you do this. (Tips from a pro sauna expert 🙃). And last but not least, guided sauna session with Bissan was such a great experience!!! Just wow!!! I will definitely come back for this. I wish these experiences were more affordable so it would be available to wider demographics as wellness should be more available but at the moment this is luxury for the few not for the masses.
