Stoke Newington Sauna

My new favourite sauna in London!!! Really friendly and relaxing atmosphere and they have sessions which are more chatty/quiet based on your preference. Infra red sauna was great as was the main sauna, so spacious and very hot!! The plunge pools are in two different temperatures depending on your level of tolerance to the cold! Overall, the space is spotless, light and airy. They also have a red light therapy room which I didn’t try but want to next time. Last but not least, they sell the best pickles ever to restore your electrolytes after sweating it out for an hour—I’m a pickle after a sauna convert!!! I floated out of my session feeling both relaxed and energised.
