St. Andrews Seaside Sauna

I’ve been really enjoying the St Andrews sauna over the last few weeks. Judith brings a true Finnish feel to the experience, with proper sauna mastery and thoughtful extras you simply do not get elsewhere. The St Andrews space itself is bright, open and calm, set right on the beach with a lovely sense of light and air. I’ve also been part of the 7 am club recently, and it has been brilliant for both my mental and physical well-being. The whole set-up is welcoming, consistent and well run, and the atmosphere is always relaxed. I also use the Elie and Cellardyke saunas, which I love as well.
