Soul Water Sauna

Oh my goodness – what an utterly sublime morning! At 7:45, I wandered along Portobello Prom in my flip-flops, quietly trailing behind a woman in a dryrobe, feeling part of that early-morning magic. I love those moments when the world is just waking up – joggers passing, dogs trotting happily beside their humans – and you feel lucky to be there. My destination? Soul Water Sauna. From the warm welcome (and a wag from Kimchi the dog!) to the invigorating plunge into the cool sea between sauna sessions, every moment was perfection. The contrast of heat and sea air, the hush of the morning, the sense of calm – I don’t think words can quite capture it. Pure joy.
