Such a friendly and welcoming sauna right in the centre of town. It’s so much more than just a sauna — it’s a place where you can either chat and connect with other local people in the chatty sauna or enjoy a more chilled experience in the library voices only sauna. Morning sessions are particularly peaceful, which I absolutely love. The app is also really handy — you can see how many spaces are booked, which means you can easily avoid busier times if you prefer a quieter session. The range of cold tubs is amazing, with a temperature to suit everyone! In addition to the sauna and cold plunge, their new chillout area is very welcoming and relaxed — the perfect spot to unwind before or after your session. Once your sauna session is over, the changing rooms are clean and spacious, and there’s even a hairdryer, which is a must in the winter to blast off any dampness. If I had to sum up Saunssa in three words, it would be welcoming, amazing, and refreshing. Thank you for this space!
