Sauna Flô

Can’t recommend Sauna Flô enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and super welcoming. Both the sauna and ice bath were perfectly heated, and the view was tranquil. The contrast therapy left me feeling refreshed, recharged, and genuinely better both physically and mentally. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up, which really elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve recovery, reduce stress, or just try something new. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!
