Sauna at the Sea

An idyllic and calming sanctuary of a location onlooking the sea. I love how the rustic traditional sauna they’ve chosen for the space is fitting to the native woodland-fringed environment. The soft design of the space all makes you feel very in touch with the nature you are in. Arriving late to the sauna experience, I’m just discovering the long term health benefits of heat/cold plunges - and I’m hooked! Enduring chronic Achilles injury for the past 3 years , it seems to be vastly improving with use so this is my new ‘thing’. As a slight adrenaline junkie, the endorphin release is pretty great too- more so with the friendly social aspect. Thanks to the amazing Sauna team , from a very happy customer…I’ll be back!
