I’ve been a member at Rebase Recovery for the past two months, attending various classes and therapies, and I can genuinely say it’s been an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is welcoming, calming, and thoughtfully designed to help you recharge and feel your best. A huge shoutout to the Reception Team – Aaliyah, Sevara and Theresa – who are always incredibly friendly, prompt, and helpful with any questions or requests I had. Their professionalism and warmth truly set the tone for every visit. During my Cryotherapy, HBOT, and Sauna sessions, I was always looked after with great care by George, Sean, Stephan, and Rico. Whether it was picking fun music to power through -110°C cryo or adding a lovely scent to the sauna, they made every session enjoyable! Additionally, I had a fantastic experience with Hasnat for IV drips. He is an incredibly knowledgeable therapist who explained everything clearly and simply – from what each IV does to why a particular formulation would be best suited for my needs. He carefully tailored the treatment to address the specific issues I was experiencing, which made a real difference. I also had a truly magical experience with Deodata – and I mean that quite literally. I’ve been suffering from a shoulder injury for 11 years, and after just one treatment, I felt noticeable relief. For the first time in years, I was able to rotate my arm fully with only minimal discomfort. Previously, even trying to lift my arm and move it behind me would cause intense pain – it was absolute agony. The improvement was remarkable! My favourite classes were Contrast Immersion with Tabitha and Urban Oasis with Andriana – both absolutely brilliant, unique, and incredibly refreshing. The Premium Sauna Suites are a real highlight – perfect for relaxing solo or spending some quality time with friends in a serene, private setting. The entire spa is always spotless and well-maintained, with everything you need in terms of toiletries and amenities, which makes such a difference when spending time there. In summary, whether you’re looking to recharge between busy tasks, unwind after a long day, or even biohack your body for longevity, Rebase Recovery is the perfect place.
