I booked myself in for a 40-min hot&cold session and came out feeling ready to face the day properly! Private pods let you relax completely and you can manage your time as you feel necessary once inside dipping into the hot & cold as you need. The ice bath has a timer so you can measure immersion time well. Fully recommend trying this experience - you won’t regret it!
