Heit Sørfjorden Sauna

Book it now! Highlight of our Norway trip. Single private sauna on private corner of a dock, fresh cold fjord water to dive into after warming up in the sauna. I was skeptical as I'm not that into saunas or being overly hot in general, but this was perfect, warm up enough to make a cold water dip enjoyable. Even on a cold rainy 47 F / 8 C day, with 40 F / 4 C water temperature was enough to get all of our group in the water, even those that were dead set against the cold. Perfect experience. Do it!
