Heit Grimo sauna

Great experience and would recommend after days of hiking or to relax! Quite unique really. Of course it is a bit expensive (1000kr for 1h30) but it is Norway and tourist Norway. Worth it imo! It was really easy to book. There is parking there as well. Do bring your towels as there are none provided which is a bit of a shame. Also no bathroom around so keep that in mind! The owners respond very fast via email in case you need info before going. I would agree with another review here that the fjord water smelt a bit of petrol, but I guess this is as a lot of ships sail around there. It is not that bad though. Also, in contrast to another review, it was nice that no-one was there to welcome us. Felt quite unique and intimate which was a nice touch in our view. The other Heit Sauna in the area offers some extra services- like apple juice and towels etc (at an extra cost) but the sauna is more expensive (around 250 more kr for 2 people).
