Not only the best sauna in Newquay but the best sauna I've ever been to! From the warm and calm welcoming vibe from the wonderful owner Katie and the lovely Heart Sauna community, to the gorgeous wood fired sauna and refreshing ice cold plunge surrounded by nature, I couldn't recommend Heart Sauna enough. I got a membership immediately and I absolutely love it! Thank you Heart Sauna 🩷
