Escape to the Sauna

We stayed in Hayle and the sauna was a short walk from our accommodation. We went at 9.15am for an hour, it was amazing. A beautiful sauna with a window over looking the sea, step outside to pop into the cold baths, this was my favourite 😍 never been in one before, breath taken away at the start but heart rate dropped and relaxed, could have stayed in a long time. Then went for a coffee next door at Gilbert's! Most definitely recommend this place, it's brilliant 👏
