Escape to the Sauna

What a wonderful place! We visited for the first time for a morning session on Wednesday and loved it so much we returned for an evening session on Friday. If we lived down here we would definitely be regulars! The staff are helpful and friendly and there is an option to either go into the sea or sit in cold plunge baths with lovely views for the cold part. The sauna itself is wood fired with a view of Hayle estuary and the sunset. It’s a magical place and we will definitely be returning on our next visit down here.
