Elie Seaside Sauna

If only every run could finish with the most blissful recovery experience I had lately in the Elie seaside sauna. Stepping into the warm, wood-lined sauna felt like crossing a finish line of pure comfort and then coupled with the bracing dip in the sea was electrifying—my circulation kicked into high gear and the cycle of heat and cold left me feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to run again. I could not recommend this sauna any more highly if you're looking to both decompress and recharge whilst taking in the breathtaking views and peaceful charm of Elie. Judith and Maddie managed to perfectly balance an experience where you felt extremely well looked after whilst still being very private and personal. Easily was the highlight of my visit to this spectacular location.
