Eir Sauna Arrochar

Really lovely spot! Nice little wood burner sauna, gets super hot! But can be adjusted to your preference with how many logs you use. The view is gorgeous, right on Loch Long and has a perfect view of The Cobbler. I liked that you have a choice of a cold plunge tub, water bucket shower, or the loch. I chose the loch…love that ocean smell and the health and beauty benefits of the salt water and seaweed! So cool and refreshing after a hot sauna! The owner is very friendly as well.They also had complimentary mint infused water, and there is a little changing tent you can use when you’re done, as well as a place to put your things so they stay dry. So glad I found this place! We will definitely be back ☺️
