Devon Community Sauna - Teignmouth

Teignmouth’s community sauna is a brilliant idea - nurturing body, mind, and soul at your doorstep! Its central seafront location is perfect, with easy access by train, bus, or car park. Smooth booking process and a lovely service makes it a breeze to organise it. We’ve made it a regular ritual now: sauna, and a sea dip ( which is just few steps away), then a coffee or bite nearby. The team is warm and welcoming, and we love the choice of social sessions and peaceful ‘silent’ ones. A beautiful blend of mindfulness, wellness, and community. We highly recommended it!
