Community Sauna Baths - Walthamstow

A great find and I've already made a return visit! An oasis of calm and relaxation in a hectic world! 3 amazing saunas ( and I believe a forth on its way!) with 5 plunge pools to get the circulation going! Each sauna has a different feel and temperature including a silent sauna to really switch off! The plunge pools are really well designed too. In between cycles you can sit in the small garden which even has a log fire pit going while you sip a free tea (cinnamon on my visits). At the end of your visit there are hot showers before heading to the changing area. There is a half hour gap between sessions and the team work really hard to clean the whole place so every visit you get a spotless environment. All you need are two towels, sliders, a padlock for the lockers and your swimmers! The team are really friendly and welcoming and its all for a crazy low cost! Definitely a venture to support and enjoy.
